What confuses me is this: If a woman gets an abortion, say, at 5 months, nothing is wrong with that. If a man murders a 5 month pregnant woman, he is charged with 2 murders. I'm confused, is it only alive if the mother intends to keep it? What if a man murders a pregnant woman who is on the way to get an abortion? Would he still be charged with both murders? I'm not trying to be a smart-ass, I really want to know.

I had literally 100+ blackbirds that used to sit and "sing" in the pine trees at my old apartment. I would wake up about 3:00 AM and couldn't go back to sleep. I ended up finding out that if you play a cougar sound they scatter pretty quickly. I set an alarm on my computer that would blast my outside speakers with a cougar ... 2 days later they are back. I just ended up moving.
