It's about time. The key to any organization having success starts with the habits set from the top. And Millen, through years of failure, has proven he doesn't grasp this idea. Look at the Rays in the AL East, they went from worst to first because of new executives instilling "winning." Nice article about them in this month's Monetary Intelligence Magazine.

It's intimidating, that's for sure because it's always changing, but once you get it down to your preferential processor and mobo, you're all set. You just start adding all the parts and connecting the wires. This is where good manuals come into play. It all looks so delicate and easy to break but computer equipment is a lot more resilient than it looks. I can't tell you how many errors I incurred or pieces I put in the wrong places when i was first starting out and sure enough, nothing ever malfunctioned or shorted, thankfully. Now that you have your own home built comp you are the master of exchanging parts out, troubleshooting any errors, and upgrading. Totally worth it. My old AMD still plays anything up to crysis seamlessly.
